Culture is a vital aspect of business and has a substantial impact on development of strategic direction for an organisation. It plays a crucial role in influencing overall management decision-making and all its functioning from accounting to production (Bhatia and Baruah ., 2020). To further gain in-depth understanding of culture, Handy's typology of culture and Hofstede Model of Organisational Culture will be used. The model involves different form of culture which are as follows:

Power culture:

This type of culture revolves around a centralised authoritative individual who possess majority of power within an organisation. These leaders aim towards growth of an organisation and have the ability to make quick decisions to bring efficiency in achieving organisational objectives.

Task culture:

It is a culture which is focused towards attaining correct individuals and providing them with a task to be performed (Brock and McAliney eds., 2019). This culture revolves around teamwork which is lead by experienced individuals who can guide the team in right direction to attain organisational objectives.

Role culture:

This culture is concerned with delegating roles and responsibilities to subordinates according to their certain abilities within an organisation (Campbell, Shotter and Draper, ., 2018).
