It is important aspect of society because society responds various kinds of health problems in different manner which affects happiness and liberty of society people.

Some of the determinants explains health and some of the determinants explains health behaviour. These determinants of health are categorized into three types: social and economic environment, physical environment, and person’s individual behaviour and characteristics. Education: it can affect one’s health and have effect on level of health of an individual. Education helps an individual to take good and effective decisions related to their health this helps people to live longer and a quality life. Education helps people to understand ways in which they can keep themselves healthy and can also understand things that are injurious to their health such as smoking and many more.
Income: Income of an individual or family directly affect or influence their health. Higher income families tend to live healthier life because they can access health food easily, access healthcare facilities without any barrier. But it can also influence their health in a negative manner i.e. because higher income can lead them to unhealthy life such as lack of physical activities etc. Whereas lower income can also influence one health and healthy behaviour like eating unhealthy food, barriers in access healthcare facilities etc.
Housing: Housing or place where an individual life also influences an individual’s health and healthy behaviour. People who live in poor living conditions are more prone to health problems or diseases (Martynenko and Elsayed, 2019). It is important to focus on housing so that houses are free from condition such as pests, dirt etc. it not only affect an individual’s health but it also affects health and health behaviour of children and other family members as well.
Access to health care: It is one of the main factor or determinants of health and health behaviour that can affect an individual’s health in a drastic manner. Easy access to healthcare facilities and services can help an individual to improve or enhance their health as well as protect themselves for serious diseases.
Understanding of one aspect of health and their relative strengths and weakness
There are various aspects of health that can help an individual to measures their health. These aspects help in maintaining good health of an individual and also maintain quality of life. There are five main categories in which aspects of personal health have been divided: physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. One of the main aspects of health is Nutrition which comes under category of physical aspect of health (Papas, 2019). Proper nutrition helps an individual to maintain physical health of an individual and for this it is important for individuals to have complete knowledge of food that they eat and should also know what they are required to eat in order to maintain proper nutritional value that is required by the body. Improper nutritional level can influence an individual’s health in many ways such as it can become of the main reason of obesity, heart disease, deficiency of nutrients, overweight and many more. It has been analysed that most of the health-related problems only occur because of imbalanced nutritional level within individuals.
