A dietary analysis project refers a detailed analysis of diet of an individual which they need to take in order to understand importance of nutritions and improve their health (Demilew, Alem and Emiru, 2018). This study of dietary plan is based on a 28-year-old male with type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition that mainly affects the way in which body processes blood sugar. This present study is going to show health condition of a patient and all those factors which can be the reason of type 2 diabetes. Some factors which are associated to this disease include diet, lifestyle, age, weight and others. One of the main factor which is being shown in this study and is associated to this disease is weight. Overweight and stress is one of the main reason. Further, it will show some ways by which patients with type 2 diabetes can prevent themselves against this disease such as nutritional diet, exercises etc.

In the context of type 2 diabetes, it can be said that it is one of the common form of diabetes in which patients pancreas become unable to produce enough insulin in men. In this case body of patients become unable to recognize insulin as well as use of that in a proper way. In the context of this patient who is 28 years old and suffering from this disease, some facts has been identified which is the main reason and contribute in increasing the level of this disease.In the early stage it is identified that the patient (Ibrahim) was suffered from chronic cough and at the same time he began putting on extra fat specially around belly.

He went to clinic but doctor thought that it was asthma. But now he recently diagnosed his father with diabetes and because of this he later found that it was symptom of high blood sugar. In this context, he further identifies some factors as well as reasons that are associated to this type 2 diabetes (Czech, 2017). After a lot of research, he identified as per the American diabetes association that lifestyle plays an important role in diabetes but there is one other main reason is genetic. But he found that he is facing some problems like: constant need to pee, vision issues, thirst etc. After that he checked his glucose level and the colour of urine was dark brown which means diabetes.

Age: 28 year old

Lifestyle: It is stated that the patient is overweight and also has metabolism syndrome. The patient has excess abdominal fat. The main reason of this is he has a sedentary lifestyle. Sedentary lifestyle means a lifestyle in which patient does not involve more physical activity and spend most of his time in sitting and lying down in office work, watching television and socializing. The patient has 1 younger brother and parents. It is also identified that father of the patient is also suffering from diabetes and it is one of the main reason of type 2 diabetes (American Diabetes Association, 2018). Some factors and symptoms which are being identified are: dizziness and weakness from last 10-15 days. His BP is 142/90 mm Hg, heartbeat is 88 per minute, weight is 205lb and height is 5'10. So, from this it can be said that high blood pressure is one of the main other reason of this disease. So, from the above discussed lifestyle and health condition, some factors are being identified which are reasons of type 2 diabetes in this patient such as:

Overweight: Overweight is one of the main important factor of type 2 diabetes because body of overweight people resist insulin production in enough amount. Genes: It is founded and have been proven by scientist that different bits of DNA affects ways as how an individual's body makes insulin. It is identified that patient's father is suffering from  type 2 diabetes so, it can be considered one of the main reason of this disease.

Metabolism syndrome: People with overweight and whose body resist insulin productionare more likely to have a group of conditions such as high blood sugar, excess fat around the belly, high BP etc.

Rather, lifestyle, diet also plays an important role in diabetes. Doctor suggested Ibrahim to evaluate its current diet and from this evaluation current diet of the patient is being identified. In the context of diet, it can also be said that an unhealthy or poor diet which is high in fat and calories become the reason of diabetes. One of the main reason as why a poor diet lead to diabetes it increases cholesterol and lead to obesity. In breakfast, he mainly takes sweetened beverages, I breakfast he eats white bread and rice. He daily has fruit flavoured yogurt and sometimes flavoured coffee drinks, in lunch he takes 2 bread slices with peanut butter, 1 orange, sometimes apple. He also takes dried fruits. Sometimes he takes frozen dinner and white rice. On weekends, he takes junk food like white pasta, pizza with extra cheese and others. So, from this diet, it can strongly be said that it is a very poor and unhealthy diet which should be avoided by the patient. In the context of diet, it can be said that it plays an important role in diabetes. By taking a healthy diet, a person can prevent themselves' against type 2 diabetes. From the above discussion, it is stated that current diet of the patient (Ibrahim) is very poor and unhealthy (Albanese and et.al., 2019). So, it is important to tell him the importance of a healthy diet or dietary needs. Some importance of diet is being discussed below:

Lower cancer risks: It can be said that diabetes increases the risk of cancer so, it is important for patients to take a healthy diet not only for preventing themselves against diabetes but also from cancer. Insulin, resistance, lack of exercise and obesity all are reasons of cancer as well. The main reason of this relationship is type 2 diabetes effect liver, stomach, bleeder and all these affected areas increases risk of cancer. Some other common as well as main reason of cancer and diabetes are: sedentary lifestyle and obesity. Effects of these factors can be reduced with the help of an effective and healthy diet.

Improve overall health: Eating a healthy as well, well managed diet is a key to protect overall health and reducing other health problems. A healthy diet support people to diminish the amount of inflammation in the body. It also increases a balanced cholesterol as well as decrease bad cholesterol (Forouhi and et.al., 2018). There are some sources from which people can maintain a healthy diet such as: olive oil, nuts etc.

Loss weight: The main reason of type 2 diabetes is over weight and one of the main reason of this overweight is unhealthy diet. A diet which consists a large amount of fat, carbs become the reason of overweight. Junk food are high in calories and low in nutritional value. It consists excess fats and sugar which contributes to weight gain. From the above discussed current diet plan of the patient, it is identified that due to its sedentary lifestyle, he mainly consume junk food which can increase risks of diabetes. Keep blood glucose level: There are several unhealthy foods which do not only increases weight but also increase level of glucose high. It becomes the reason of high blood sugar and diabetes. Sometimes high level of blood sugar can lead to the death or sever other mental disease. Wednesday: 3 quarter cup blueberries, 3 egg veggie omelet which should include: spinach, avocado, mushroom. 2 tsp chopped pecans.

Thursday: 150g toasted sweet potatoes with cheese, 2 tsp sprinkled flaxseed, 1 serving cinnamon roll.

Friday: 1/2 cup of blueberries, ½ small glass unsweetened almond milk and 1Tbsp chopped pecans.

Saturday: 1 Banana mashed in plain curd, ½ cup strawberries, ½ cup raspberries.

Sunday: ½ cup cooked oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, 2tsp peanut butter.

Lunch

Monday: 1 cup chopped spinach as well as same amount of chopped tomatoes, 1 oz cheese, 1 cup bell peppers.

Tuesday: 2-3 cup fresh spinach, ½ cup chick peas, 1 small avocado, ½ cup shred carrots, 1 medium size orange.

Wednesday: A sandwich which has high fibre grain bread, 2 tsp dill relish, 1 cup tomato, 1 medium apple,

Thursday: Lime Cauliflower taco bowls, 1 tsp French dressing which has low-fat, 2 oz roast chicken, 1 small bowl strawberries.

Friday: 1 cup tomatoes, 2 boiled chopped eggs, ½ cup grapes, 2 oz roasted chickpeas and ½ tsp pumpkin seeds.

Saturday: 1 Tbsp avocado, 1 low-fat cheese, 1 cup dressing, 2 corn tortillas and 1 cup vegetable soup.

Sunday: ½ cup cucumber, 1 cup tomatoes, 3 tbsp salad dressing, ½ cup leafy greens.

Dinner

Monday: 1 cup cooked penne pasta, 2 cup veggie tomato sauce which include: mushroom, eggplants etc. 1 slice whole wheat bread.

Tuesday: 2 cup whole wheat cooked couscous, 5 jumbo olives, ½ cucumber and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar.

Wednesday: 1 tsp butter, 1 cup fresh pineapple, 1 mushroom sauced port chops.

Thursday: 1 Apple-chicken with spinach, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 kiwi fruit.

Friday: 2 oz salmon filet, 1 tsp butter, tsp balsamic vinegar.

Saturday: 1 medium baked potato, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 2 cup fresh strawberries. 1 serving meat balls.

Sunday: 1 cup green peas, 1 tsp butter, quarter cup cooked beets, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar.

Snacks

Monday: 20 gram baby carrots.

Tuesday: 1 apple.

Wednesday: 15  cherries.

Thursday: 1 medium plum

Friday: 1 medium size orange.

Saturday: ½ plum and 5 cherries.

Sunday: 1 apple, 20 cherries.

Lifestyle: In this context, it I suggested to the patient that he should focus on proper exercising in morning and walking in evening. Proper exercising help an individual body to use insulin in a proper way and lower blood sugar level. It keeps healthy and fit to an individual. Maintaining a healthy diet will help the patient in maintaining a healthy weight so, it can be suggested to patient that he should focus on taking a healthy diet.

So, from the above suggested diet plan, the patient (Ibrahim) can prevent himself against diabetes. He can live a healthy life. It will also help him out in decreasing weight and cholesterol which is the main reason of type 2 diabetes.

CONCLUSION

From the above study, it has been summarized that diet plan played a very important role in preventing people against type 2 diabetes. There are some factors which are associated to type 2 diabetes and are the main reason of this disease include: Overweight, age, unhealthy diet, lifestyle and lack of exercise. All these factors has been discussed in this study. Further, this study has shown an effective diet plan which played an important role in preventing people against type 2 diabetes. Lifestyle rather diet plan also played a vital role in type 2 diabetes.
