So, from the above suggested diet plan, the patient (Ibrahim) can prevent himself against diabetes. He can live a healthy life. It will also help him out in decreasing weight and cholesterol which is the main reason of type 2 diabetes.
From the above study, it has been summarized that diet plan played a very important role in preventing people against type 2 diabetes. There are some factors which are associated to type 2 diabetes and are the main reason of this disease include: Overweight, age, unhealthy diet, lifestyle and lack of exercise. All these factors has been discussed in this study. Further, this study has shown an effective diet plan which played an important role in preventing people against type 2 diabetes.
