On the basis of mean and standard deviation the results are calculated and graphs are made to authenticate the study. The standard deviation has a relationship with variance. More the standard deviation will be less will be the variance. Less the standard deviation will be more will b the variance On such basis the results are concluded and it suggest that personality trait like plasticity, stability, creative self concept and creativity task will be evaluated.

DISCUSSION

The main aim of this study is to determine the huge two meta trait of personality and their relation with creative self-concept and cognitive abilities. In particular various studies have conducted to evaluate what relationship exist among personality traits and self concept as well as abilities related to cognitive. Two meta traits that is, plasticity and stability are focussed in entire report which have the ability to alter and shape cognitive abilities and creative self concept. For assessing plasticity, two main traits are considered which are openness and extraversion. Mean and standard deviation are calculated on basis of responses generated by number of respondents. The standard deviation of age, sex, RAT, AUT, stability, plasticity and SSCS are 6.749, 0.462, 0.08943, 0.35348, 25.927, 18.771, 0.70081 respectively. The mean of age, sex, RAT, AUT, stability, plasticity and SSCS are 24.35, 1.30, 0.1246, 1.8879, 249.75, 167.61, 3.6332 respectively. The standard deviation of plasticity is 18.771 which is more that 1, which means that variance is low which reflects that only few number of people were shown openness and extroversion quality. Such practice indicate that less people were social and are not curious to explore new things in their life. The standard deviation of stability is 25.927 which is also higher than 1, such expression indicates that participants were low in agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism. This reflects that subjects were not that much adventurous, they does not care about other feelings that much and they are emotionally not stable. Short Scale of Creative Self test was utilised while determining the creative self concept of participants. After conducting such test, standard deviation was calculated which was 0.70081. It states that individuals have high creative self concept which make them highly innovative and creative in their field and make them capable to solve issues more creatively. For divergent cognitive abilities, Alternate Utility Task are used to judge whether the participants were using more than one solution to solve the issues within 3 minutes. The standard deviation of such trait is 0.35348 which is less that 1, it further indicates that variance is high, large number of subjects were high in divergent cognitive abilities and was able to give large number of solution over a single topic. Such individuals are tends to have creative mind and can manage to solve task in most innovative way.

For convergent cognitive abilities, Remote Associates Task were utilised which assisted in finding out what number of individuals are high in such abilities. The standard deviation of RAT is 0.08943 which is again less than 1 and it has high variance. It states that high number of people were found to be good at convergent thinking and they can only give a solution to a issue which is highly logical and accurate. They can not create much innovation and only rely on a single solution. Both male and females were participants of such study belonging to age group of 19 to 48. The mean age was 24 and largely females were participated. The hypothesis was supported and it defines a clear relationship between huge meta traits with concept of self and cognitive abilities. The result were consistent with other findings and it was found that people were higher with cognitive abilities and had good sense of self concept as was demonstrated in large number of studies. The response which are generated from such participants can be applied in personality psychology. Through such responses the personality traits of individuals can be identified and further it can helps them in making high improvements to their personality. The people which were low in plasticity and stability can make certain changes to alter their personality by interacting with people and going on adventurous, emotionally stability and improvements in personality can be achieves by undergoing such test.

A limitations of study is extensive utilization of cross sectional research which make the study difficult in drawing interference and making high concreted conclusions. The data was fully self reported, no outer involvement or use of numbers were used, due to this sometime it result into misleading consequences and fails to identifies causes outcomes. Another limitation of certain research is its limited studies. The aim of such study is not that much studied and as personality is so dynamic that the results may change over a period of time. The study is not even generalized to all cultures, males and females were selected in this study irrespective of their cultural identity and background. Future result can include further addition of relationship among m,eat traits and more personality traits. Future study should more focus on methods of test for generating or testing the respondents (Kline, 2015). Such addition will help in analyzing more personality traits from all ares which will enhance the efficiency to gather information and to judge people response more effectively. From the so far report it can be concluded that, personality refers to collection of changing properties controlled by individuals which surely influences their feeling, action, potential behaviour, knowledge as well as motive. The big five personality traits which assist in knowing others which further aid in constructing a flourishing relationship by observing why a definite person is behaving in a certain way.
