Cause-and-effect diagram: A cause-and-effect digram is prepared which is in shape of fish skeleton and any effect on bone of a fish will lead to effect head. Small effects that gives effect needs to be identified so that no hindrance can be made in the process of quality management (Papke-Shields and Boyer-Wright, 2017).
Flowcharts: They reflects the logical manner through which each activity needs to be performed. Through this potential problems in the process of quality management is analysed. Elaborating each activities in more accurate and logical manner helps in achieving target to maximise quality in the process of achieving goals and objectives.
