Location of Lismore women's health and resource centre is Lismore.

Lismore women's health and resource centre is known as Richmond women's emergency centre which was opened on 1979. The organization continuously conducts survey in order to identify life of human beings and make women aware with solutions if they are facing domestic violence issues (Gibson-Helm and et.al, 2018).

NPM is the approach that helps in managing human services well. Welfare state are spending for improving life of population so that citizens can improve their life. Recently, NPM adopts decentralized service delivery model in which it offers freedom to the local agencies which are working in the same direction. Now, government is trying to take support of quasi- market structure so that these organization can compete with private firms. This sometimes create difficulty for these businesses because they have to change their entire process. Their motive is to provide quality services to the public but when this structure gets changed then entire goal will be modified and it will have to charge fees for their consultancy services so that it can earn reasonable profit and give competition to private firms. This will put a negative impact on the service users because people those who have faced issues in society or family will not be able to get free consultancy by experts (Drummond and et.al, 2015).

Globalization is beneficial for the private, public and social enterprises. This supports these entities in expanding their business across the world. As Lismore women's health and resource centre can be benefited by globalization, this will help the entity in expanding its services. This will be better for corporation to enter into metropolitan and remote locations as well. It will give chance to the Lismore women's health and resource centre to enhance service accessibility worldwide and provide more consultancy services to women as well as children across the world (Doran and Nancarrow, 2015).
