The concept and meaning of partnership:

The meaning of partnership is working equally with partners. The essential concept of partnership is to share the profit or losses if any. In a partnership, each partner has the obligation to contribute something which may not in monetary terms. Medical Staff: In case of medical staff, the medical staff has regular interaction with the service users in different departments of health and social care centers as it is the regular duty of the medical staff to do routine medical checkup the service user. For this reason the relationship of the medical staff and service user has an extended relationship which is made on regular basis.

Finance Team: In case of finance team, like top management the interaction of the finance team with the service users in different departments of health and social center are very less and that it is not possible for the finance team to talk to the service user on a daily basis. Caretaking Staff: In case of the care taking staff, this is the only department whose interaction with the service is most and it is made on regular basis.
