Marks and Spencer is a big and famous retail company in UK. It was established in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer. Mainly company offer home products, clothing and luxury food products in market place with the aim of providing higher satisfaction to its customers. Along with this, company operate their business globally and having around 84939 workers within the organization.
