There are various types of operation and managing of different work in the organisation is done in the guidance of leaders and manager of the organisation. Managers and leaders are the two individuals of organisation which plays a significant role in order to manage and control various operations of organisation in proper manner. in this report Amazon is the company which deals with the online marketing. In this report it is explains about the different types of approaches of leadership and define the roles of manager in order to enhance the capability and efficiency of organisation in proper manner. The contingency and situational theories of leadership play an important role in order to maintain the activities of organisation in proper manner.

Leaders are the person which defines the roles and responsibility of employee which helps to accomplish different operations of organisation in proper manner. whereas the manager are the individuals which guide the leaders in order to perform different types of activities of company in proper manner (Bartlett and Beamish, 2018). Manager: Managers are the individuals who are responsible for controls and manage the different task of company in proper manner. They put their effort in order to perform different types of functions of company in effective manner. they also monitor the performance of different employee working in the organisation and give them directions to complete work in stipulated time period. Leaders: Leaders are the individuals which motivated various employees in order to perform different types of operations in proper manner.
