PART 1 RECOMMENDATIONS
Overview: there has been consideration of international students who has enrolment in Australia such as 143 respondents from various nations. There has been selection of 10 largest source countries such as USA, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Canada and Hong Kong (INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES, 2015). Thereafter, in such respondents where 50.5% were females and 49.5% were males which results that the discipline in study. Thus, to analyse the appropriate numbers of respondents and their opinions towards an observation there is need to use descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation.
Employment outlook: The study will be based on analysing the international graduates from Australian Universities are transitioning to employment sectors. As per the selected respondents there were 79% were serving the full-time employment on which 4% were self employed, 6% were studying while only 4% per unemployed. Therefore, the motive of such technique to implicate is that there will be appropriate advancement of the working capacity, efficiency, better earning and satisfactory experience to conduct the operations as well a managing the performance (Kuppuswamy & Bayus, 2018). Therefore, this will be effective and helpful to the organisation in terms of hiring the experienced workforce which will make it effective in attaining the targets and bit the rivalries in the market. To analyse the dependency of students over education and job there is need to implicate use of regression and t-test analysis.
Career services: analysing the graduated to have the appropriate career services on which 40% graduates were using the University career services. Therefore, among such graduates there were 62% belongs to India while 15% belongs to Canada. Thus, this technique will be helpful in terms of enhancing their skills and talent to meet the career requirements (Bonner, 2018). Therefore, among such respondents there are 70% of the graduates who believes that the carrier services will satisfy the university collaboration with employers. To analyse the preferences of students on career point of view it will be helpful to implication correlation and regression analysing over data set which will be beneficial in analysing the hypotheses.
Levels of satisfaction: In relation with analysing the level of satisfaction among the graduates on which 81% percent believes that their Australian degree is worth for the financial investments (Doherty & et.al., 2017). Therefore, it builds the ability among the professionals in relation with making the most appropriate analysis which will be helpful in overcoming with the research issues. To analyse the level of stratification in terms of studying in Australia there are 81% of respondents were agreed with the statement. Therefore, in relation with the same there will be use of individual sample t-test to ascertain the accurate data.
Implication of descriptive statistics:
In relation with making the adequate analysis through various operations there are various techniques, tools and terms that are needed to be implicated by researchers such as mean, mode, median and standard deviations. Therefore, it will recommend to the researchers to have appropriate implication of such techniques into operations which will be helpful in having accurate results and analysis over the issues.
PART 2 CONCLUSION
In relation with analysing the statistics and the gathered data it can be said that there are large numbers of students who would have adequate analysis through various operations and they believe that Australia Universities are quiet capable of bringing the satisfactory learning among students. Therefore, the implication of various learning techniques will be helpful in improving the skills and talent among the graduate employees. In consideration with making the adequate improvements in the level of employment and learning there is a need to have appropriate learning and development programs which will be quiet helpful and appropriate for students. Moreover, there will be helpfulness of such collected data and the employment career services in Australia which in turn benefits the organisation in hiring the talented and skilled employees to carry out the business operations.
PART 3 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The is based on analysing 2015's record of Australian Universities International Directors Forum on which they have conducted a study over the employment outcomes from recent international graduates from national universities. Similarly, the aim of this study is to collect all the relevant information and have appropriate data will be beneficial in having appropriate analysis over such gathered information. To analyse the business needs and wants there is need to have appropriate observation over performance and achievements of a unit. There are various statistical techniques which will be helpful to analyse the business performance as well as external environment. The aim of this report to have the better study over the facts and outcomes which will be helpful in measuring the operational needs. There has been analysis with consideration of all the descriptive statistics and which will be helpful in managing the business operations.
PART 4 LIMITATION OF DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS
In relation with analysing the data set with the consideration of descriptive statistics it can be said that there are various operations which become easier in terms of applying these techniques (Rice & et.al., 2017). Moreover, the use of this statistical measurements to have the accurate and efficiency answers on the proposed questions will have fruitfulness in analysing the adequate outcomes. The process of analysing the raw data to have visualized and simpler interpretation of the data set. The application of this method over analysing the data from the mass population as to have outcomes on the basis of mean, mode, median and standard deviations. Thus, it gives the satisfactory answer and beneficial in analysing the significance of the research (Padon, Maloney & Cappella, 2017). Similarly, the limitation of the research is that the research has made full efforts in attaining the maximum data and information from the market but they still believe that there are still some information which were yet to be collected and analysed.
