Company requires to understand the whole business which include the all factors external environment and activities at the work place. In this report, external factor includes the political economical, technological, social, environmental and legal creates the various issues at the work place and customer purchasing power. Company focuses on the economical factor (Pollo, Dehollain and Schmid, 2012) .

On the other hand, the economical issues creates the various problems at the work place which affects the profit of the firm. Manager fails in fulfilling the demand of the employees which creates the less interest towards the work. They not able to deliver the best services to their customers and decreases the motivation level. It negatively affects the performance of the employees because they not able to completing the task on time which impact decreases the overall productivity of the workers (Domingo, Dekoninck and Cornwell, 2015).

Consumer not able to get the relevant information under which they faces the many. Company requires to render the proper information which helps to solve the all issues of the consumer. Furthermore, human resource of the organization not able to deliver the good services to their customers on time which creates the ethical issues (Davenport and Beck, 2013). Manager need to provide the training and development to their employees which helps to improves the knowledge about the services. It assist workers to give the best services on time and accomplish the demand of them. Accordingly, manager easily solve the all queries of the consumer and develops the good relation with them. It positively affects the image of the Hilton hotel and increasing the overall productivity as well. On the other hand, the another ethical issue like discrimination under which company discriminate the employees on the bases of the age, gender, disability and religion (Pollo, Dehollain and Schmid, 2012). As per this, management not treat the employees which creates the conflicts between company and human resource and workers decrees the less interest. Conflicts and problems generates the less interest and decreases the motivation level of the employees at the work place wherein they unable to provide the best services to their customers and not manage the work based activities (Internet Issues, 2015 ). For example, company discriminate the employees on the bases of disability in hand wherein management not provide the promotional opportunity to their workers and they well qualified. As per this, employees decreases the level of the motivation which affects the performance of them and their output of the work. Henceforth, organization requires to follows the equality legislation and they treat the employees are equally which generates the interest towards the work and they gives the best amount of the work (Bryman and Bell, 2015). Furthermore, manager easily attain the satisfaction level of the customers and fulfils the requirements at the work place which helps to increases the market hare in hospitality industry as well as maintains the overall productivity. Moreover, unfair practices occurs at the work place and manager unable to promote the products and services in the market. Henceforth, all the issues of the ethical which creates the various problems and affects the activities of the organization as well as consumer perception towards the product and services.

Employees unable to solve the issues of the customers and do not taking the right decision which is required for accomplishing the demand of the buyers. Henceforth, management requires to adopts the advance technology which helps to deliver the services on time to time and manager easily solve the all issues of the customers. It helps manager to meet the demand of the clients and manage their work based activities at the work place. Apart from this, if the errors in technology which creates the various problems which is based by the company and customers. In this way, old machinery is used by organization for producing the products and services wherein employees delay in the production. It negatively affects the image of the company and customers decreases the satisfaction level of the customers (Edwards and Mercer, 2013). Henceforth, all the issues faced by the company and customers which negatively affects the activities of the firm. In this way, individual learn more things which is related to all these issues. In this way, company requires to produces the products and services as per the customers needs and wants and changes made by them.
