Introduction

Project quality management is the process of ensuring quality of the project in order to satisfy needs of sponsors. It includes proper planning, monitoring, controlling and assurance so that desired quality can be achieved. Current study will discuss project quality management plan that helps the manager to maintain adequate standard and control in order to manage global teams in the project.
