In terms of management skills, I have perfect command on the management because from my school-days to day I always exited in participate in the management tasks. I like to manage things around me, and specially to the people which are connected to me for any professional purposes. I feel great when I lead the people under my command, because it is like a respected job where you work for the handling new people, take their interview, understand different human behaviours etc.

My character is polite in nature, because I don't like to talk to someone in loader voice. Suppose if any employee which working under my command does any mistake, in that case i don't be too much angry on it. I just talk to him or her politely, and advice them to be careful and focused during workplace for positive results. This is just one part of my character. According to my this nature able to give input in making of positive work culture for the employees. These are my specialities which I consider as a god gift in my life. 1. What do you understand by the term; Managing people and careers in an organisation?

Managing people in an organization or a company is one of the major functions of the management. People basically refer to employees of the company. Without the employees no one company can achieve their decided goals in the respective market. Management of the company is responsible to understand their employees in an organization, and always try to make happy and healthy work environment for them at work place. For improvement of employees skills and productivity in the business, management need to arrange some training sessions for them in an organization. Companies are need to provide best career opportunities to the people in their organizations. Human resource is very compulsory element in the companies which played great role in the achievement of the decided business goals. In the companies the human resource manager is responsible to cover their all work/task in perfect manner for getting better results by the human resource in the business operations. Management of the company is need to take some effective decisions towards managing employees in the company, because if the management is not take any perfect or effective decisions for the managing employees in that case their employees productivity will decrease day by day.

2. What is your Strength?

My communication skills are so good. I am get attention of from the other party in few minutes of talking. In which mine convening power of also very effective in the team work. I deeply understand how to handle different type of people in an organization, and this my one of the major strength which I got as a god gift in my life. I also understand there are various conditions I need to face in company's operations, and I am sure about I face them with my internal efficiency. I am always interested in the learning new things in my daily life. These useful things which I learn played well role in my personal life. Self motivation is also very necessary for working in the organizational activities. In which I able to prepare my self as a highly motivated person. My management quality is very good from my school-time, because when I was in school I always take participate in the sports/games where I was the captain of my team. From that time to date my management skills are increasing day by day, and I guess now I am able to manage approx 60 to 70 people under my managership, and I am sure this count will increase more with my daily practices.

3. What are your Weaknesses?

With my major strength I have some weaknesses as well. For example; I am not too much good in the decision-making. I always take too much time in taking any decision. This is like a long process to me. In other side my another weakness is that I am influence in few time by external factors. Anyone can easily able to influence me with their some effective words. My punctuality factor is also poor, in which most time I fail in complete any task at decided time limit. Another one is I always believe my own strategies are the better than others to cover any task, and by my this weakness many times I face some problems too. It is difficult for me for use new technological gadgets and tools, because I take long time in understand their features and also their basic uses. I need some guidance to use these type of tools and gadgets because on the self basis it is like impossible to me. I have very friendly nature, and I also consider it as my weakness because high friendliness many times put negative impact on the job of management. The reason behind this statement is, a manager need to be some strict also at their job position to take productive work from the employees.

4. What do you understand by ethical and unethical business?

I very well know about this ethical and unethical term of business. When any business fulfil their all legal formalities in proper way, in that case business comes under the ethical business. For make ethical business environment companies are need to avoid such activities in the business operations which lead the negative aspect. In other hand when any business take some actions which violate the legal terms of the business, in that case this business comes under the unethical business. For example: When any business paying less salary to their employees than employee or labour law's monthly salary chart. Many of businesses are doing unethical attempts in their business operations to gain high profit. In this situation if once a business catch by doing such unethical business activities, then their market reputation or goodwill decrease in the market. At the final result customers are no more trust on services on that business. Every company need to run their all business activities in a proper and ethical channel for gaining long term profit in the market. Ethical business is also necessary for avoid such negative elements from the company which are present bad image of the company in the market, like; court hearing, protest of employees, etc.

5. Which strategies you will use in hiring?

Firstly I completely understand the reason behind hiring. This is one of the major tasks of the human resource manager. In which manager need to use their some innovative ideas to hire some specific employees in an organization. In my case I don't use such traditional strategies for the hiring procedure. I choose some modern hiring strategies which help to the company to save many of the cost and time of the company. Suppose upper management of the company order me to hire new 50 skilful employees for company, in that case make a professional requirement poster or advertise and publish it on only that platforms which are really effective for advertisement spreading, like; social media pages, emails, job consulting websites etc. Then I accept the applications of the candidates which was applied for the respective posts, and sort them for select application of that candidates which has many work skills. Then contact selected candidates for personal interview. In the personal interview also I don't ask them that such repeated interview questions. At the final result, candidates which really impress me by their performance. I will present offer letter to them, and then go for to cover rest hiring formalities.

Reflection notes on in-seminar interview practice

I was take participate in the interview simulations for 8 weeks, and it was gives me huge opportunities to learn many aspects of the human resource management. This is the main reason behind my management skills which I currently have.

  • Now I am able to use these various management skills in the practical operations of the human resource management.
  • In the starting stage I was faced some challenges in the learning of skills but with my few efforts I easily get able to improve my these skills.

I was take also participate in assessment centre exercise practice for 10 weeks, where I was test my ability to demonstrate the skills which required for the human resource manger position.

  • I was also shared my knowledge about the human resource reporting knowledge to the people to know my reporting knowledge is effective or not.
  • My hiring strategies are also very modern which I was developed my training and development skills.
