Market economic system: - It is very similar to free market as the regulatory authorities does not control vital resources, valuable goods and other major segment of the economy.

Role of opportunity cost

Van Stel, Carree and Thurik, (2005) has stated that, the opportunity cost of a choice is the value of the best alternative forgone, in a condition where decision is needed to be made between different alternative given limited resources.
