The class teacher is primarily responsible for developing plan and delivering all learning activities for the class. As a teacher, my role is to provide quality and right learning to the children in order to nurture their skills and knowledge. From the analysis of my activities I can say that my strengths are managing and controlling the children in the class. I have good interaction and communication skills through which I am able to interact with children in effective and efficient manner. My weaknesses are lack of comprehension skills and lack of patience. I have high temperament which can negatively impact on the support activities provided to the children.

The information can be obtain through observations, assessments, interaction and making communication with the child.

2.1. Explain how social organization and relationships may affect the learning process.

Social organization and relationships affects the learning process greatly. In many subjects children will be set in groups according to their ability, this allows them to move forward with their learning and not to be held up by learners that may need more support, which can be given by the teacher or teaching assistant (Burke et.al., 2015).  These organisations may assists in providing precise learning plan through which teacher could provide effective and precise learning to the children. Unorganised planning: Unorganised planning can be the problem in learning activities. Teacher who are not aware of the activities prepare plans which eventually creates confusions (Savery, 2015). In order to deal with this issue, teacher must know adequate information about the activity.

Insufficient Resources: Insufficient resources can be another problem in providing learning and support activities. In order provide quality learning and enhance the efficacy in activity, teacher must ensure that adequate resources are there.

Evaluation of learning activities are important as it provides teacher with pros and cons of the activity (Billings and Halstead, 2015). Teacher afterwards can improve the weak part of activity and conduct it next time so that learning can be enhanced in effective and efficient manner.

4.1. Evaluate how own knowledge, understanding and skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT impact on practice.

As a teacher I have adequate numeracy and literacy skills but I lack understanding and comprehension skills. ICT helps in reducing the efforts in teaching and enhances the quality of learning and support activities.
