Several factors are effected the Australian healthcare system and shape the RN role. These factors includes historical, political and socio-cultural and it is important for the RNs to be aware of fundamental factors on the Australian healthcare system.
This project determined the following learning results:
Learning Results 2: Explain the historical and contemporary factors , and how they effect on nursing practice
Learning Results 1: What is reflective practice and write its importance in nursing.
Instructions:
Write an essay of 1500 words. Some major points that you have to write in your essay are-
- Give an introduction that clearly identifies the aim of your project.
- Describe the two factors that have shaped healthcare access in an Australian society and these two factors must be from 2 different categories.
- Explain how these factors has shaped contemporary healthcare or healthcare access.
- How these factors might impact on your role as an RN.
- Write a summary or references.
