With this function of a role worker I try to be flexible, perceptive and diplomatic. I was also cooperative towards all other members of my team and always tried to be mild and calm.

In order to let activities of my team happen effectively I kept the aspect of team cohesion on the top most priority. I also contributed in order to have proper cohesion within the group by listening to all of them and making them calm so that all activities are carried on in such manner that successful outcomes can be reached at. In addition to this, as a team worker, I also made effective contribution by making interventions so as to turn away potential friction or resistance among team members that can hamper the functioning of the team.

Experience of working with team members of different cultures

The team with which I have worked included members who belong to different cultures and nationalities. The workers were mainly from America and Australia and along with this the group also had members from various nationalities and cultures. Working with such people from varying backgrounds has been overall a unique experience. Having completed the tasks with such a diversified team helped in inspiring of great and innovative ideas for the outcomes. With this, more of creative processes were developed which could be helpful for the entire group as well as the organization also.

Ways in which learning is applied is business practice

The experience of working with colleagues from different national cultures can be applied in the business alliance settings in a successful manner.
