In such situation, Lismore women's health and resource centre has to face difficulty in hiring new staff who can provide counselling to women and children who have faced violence and refugees by community. There is well developed IT centres where women and children can use computer and internet to improve their knowledge (Miller and Rose, 2017).

New public management (NPM) is the government approach in which higher authorities provide support to the firms which are working for the public services and their welfare.
Government of the nation continuously trying to improve life of individuals. Authorities are responsible for delivering correct services. Poor laws is creating issue of poverty and affecting working of community based organization. By this way these entities are unable to perform their work effectively. NPM is the approach that helps in managing human services well. Welfare state are spending for improving life of population so that citizens can improve their life. Recently, NPM adopts decentralized service delivery model in which it offers freedom to the local agencies which are working in the same direction. Now, government is trying to take support of quasi- market structure so that these organization can compete with private firms. This sometimes create difficulty for these businesses because they have to change their entire process. Their motive is to provide quality services to the public but when this structure gets changed then entire goal will be modified and it will have to charge fees for their consultancy services so that it can earn reasonable profit and give competition to private firms. This will put a negative impact on the service users because people those who have faced issues in society or family will not be able to get free consultancy by experts (Drummond and et.al, 2015).
Globalization is beneficial for the private, public and social enterprises. This supports these entities in expanding their business across the world. As Lismore women's health and resource centre can be benefited by globalization, this will help the entity in expanding its services. This will be better for corporation to enter into metropolitan and remote locations as well. It will give chance to the Lismore women's health and resource centre to enhance service accessibility worldwide and provide more consultancy services to women as well as children across the world (Doran and Nancarrow, 2015).
From the above report, it can be concluded that Lismore women's health and resource centre is a community based firm that works for public welfare and provide consultancy services to vulnerable women and children. Main agenda of the firm is to improve life of these people and give them opportunity to live normal life. Economic factors and globalization assist Lismore women's health and resource centre in raising their service accessibility across the region. Lismore women's health and resource centre should alter their organizational structure which will help in providing uninterrupted service delivery to the users and help in increasing emphasis on vulnerable people.
